Our room is nice, and the bed is comfy. Their staff is friendly mostly Irving in Vela restaurant, Pedro in Chala Bar, Ricardo in Flama and Pepito in La Luce Bar. But all the server and staff are all good. Their food is tasty specially in La Luce is the BEST. All pool are nice and clean my daughter love it.

We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area, beach even there is a sargassum. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

We enjoyed all the food, we upgraded to Enclave and it was even better. The restaurants were all yummy as well. Kiddos had fun in the pool and kids club. Spa was great as well.

Everything was just perfect. I especially recommend this hotel to parents with children. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and diverse. My son loved the kids club, entertainment events and the tour trips organized by Mr. Honorio.

Excellent property, very family oriented. Great location, excellent service, great food.
