It is clean and it is located in a very nice place near restaurants the staff is really nice and helpful anthe breakfast is delicious
We booked the hotel as it was close to the church we were attending for a wedding. Location is not far from the central bus station and mall (Palacio Pachuca). We walked it in 30 minutes but you can take a taxi. Room and bathroom was spotless, room was spacious and the bed and bedding was comfortable. There is a nespresso coffee machine in the room to make coffee or tea. Did not watch TV but it is available. Breakfast had varied options and was more than a continental breakfast. Staff are on site to clear away plates and provide coffee/tea. There are several restaurants/cafes nearby should you wish for something else. Staff were nice enough to grant us an extended check out time as we weren't feeling well. No issues with wif
The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. They gave us water every day we spent there. The breakfast was very good and had variety.
