It was a excellent location within walking distance of Centro Historico.

Excellent location. Safe and convenient. Staff lady is nice. Hot shower.

Everything was good! It was really easy to move into the city. Two metro stations were close to the hotel (Zocalo and Allende), and the staff was really attentive and helpful.

It was a great value-oriented hotel. It was clean, had everything I needed, was in a central location and a fair price.

Hotel Amigo Suites is conveniently located near the zocalo/central plaza and the bus stop. Many plazas, places of interest, and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. We checked in late at night c/o receptionist Roberto who was very helpful with our request for a late check-out. Frontdesk is open 24 hours. Paulina helped us with our check-out and luggage storage. The receptionists were fluent in speaking English. The room itself and the beddings are comfortable. There are several surfaces to put things on, although it's not the same for points to hang clothes on. Wifi connection is fast. One opportunity area is the strong smell of paint and/or varnish all the way from the reception area and even in the room. It is inconvenient especially for someone like me who has asthma. We had to open our door and/or window, so as to minimize the strong smell.
