Located only a few blocks from the bus terminal, the taxi was only 70 pesos. Walked down a few blocks for dinner. The staff was helpful and friendly. Instant hot water. Beautiful hotel.

The staff was some of the nicest people I've ever met. I went there for a wedding and they (Luz and Miri) helped me out with unexpected difficulties with such kindness. I recommend this hotel because it's comfortable, pretty, artistic, clean and has a great location. The restaurant is so nice and relaxing, I loved the rooftop and the food was excellent. It felt like being at home with a luxurious touch.
The staff was wonderful! They helped us with everything we needed, gave us excellent recommendations for eating out, and were extremely nice the entire time. Highly recommended!
the service was excellent, ladys at the front desk very profesional. Housekeeper was excellent. Place very clean everyone very kind. For sure next trip to Oaxaca we will come back to this hotel. thank you. thank you
