Perfectly located, the bed was comfortable, the room was simple but good for the price
Right in front of cathedral, the hotel is very nice and staff very willing to accommodate. I arrived early and they checked me in without asking. That was very nice of Fernando. Room was very clean and had complimentary water bottles and coffee machine.
This place was fantastic. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Parking is included valet parking at a nearby lot.
The only caveat is that there is no A/C, but they do place large fans on either side of the bed.
The wifi worked well.
Loved the view and location. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and very clean. Really appreciated the many amenities and water/ coffee in the room.
As my 3rd stay here, i've had a wonderful experience overall. staff was wonderful! Graciela my House keeper was such a jewl, very attentive to our needs and care. the only thing the rooms need are air conditioners, but other than that, 100% satisfied with With this hotel.
