Near to “La Quinta Avenida” like 3 minutes walking from the beach, a lot of places to eat around, 5 minutes from the ADO station (turística)
Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms. Location is excellent for walking purposes but street noise can be a little loud. The noise was expected for the area. We had a very nice host who hooked us up with some spicy salsas.
The staff was amazing and very accommodating! They were very communicative leading up to the trip, and when I got there check in was easy with Alejandra and she even gave me recommendations on where to go that night. I had a fishing trip planned the next morning and they held onto my bag for me the whole day. When I got back, I had some time to kill before friends were meeting me so Jose at the front desk put my filleted fish in the fridge and we sat and talked for awhile. When my friends got there he hooked us up with a restaurant that could cook my catch and it was an awesome meal.
Overall, great value hotel that was clean and had an awesome staff that went above and beyond.
This is a charming boutique hotel. The location can't be beat - the beach is steps away and everything you need is within walking distance. Be prepared for the loud noise from the 5th Ave. clubs until 3 a.m. This comes with the territory and was not an issue for us. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We had the best time at Hotel Cielo and are looking forward to staying there again in the future.
