The staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The cleaning staff was above and beyond. We loved the morning coffee and yogurt! Hot showers and wonderful location!

The staff are all so nice and helpful. The hotel is charming and the fact that there is a continental breakfast included every morning in the lovely courtyard was a big plus. The restaurant staff were excellent. The beds were comfortable. We had air conditioning but didn’t need it. Hardly needed the fan.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, the bed is super comfy. There are really interesting books on the shelves for you to read during your stay. But the best part of this place are the wonderful people who work there, they go above and beyond to help you. Case in point was when I lost my phone before departing PVR airport and I called Alonso at the hotel front desk and he was able to help me find out that someone had found my phone and returned it to the information desk inside the airport. Great people!
