Location was great, pretty central and walkable to everything we wanted to see. The hotel itself is beautiful, great landscaping, the library is cool, the smirking pool area is nice and peaceful. At reception they have Pinole. The rooms have ac and are spacious.

The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of all of the main attractions of the city. The staff were super friendly, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool and the on-site library. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Such great design, modern yet quaint. Had a Japanese feel. So clean and quiet. The three level library was gorgeous and peaceful. Service was great. Staff very kind. The patio and common areas cozy even in the rain. Shower and bathrooms very modern. Beds comfortable, crisp sheets, lots of pillows and very clean. Coming back soon since I'm a town away!

The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning of our stay. I am a quadriplegic, and traveling is not easy, but this hotel was wheelchair accessible and easy for me to get around. In front of the hotel, there are two steps with the push of a button, the first step goes down to the ground level, so that I could get on the platform and be elevated to the second step. I was also upgraded to a bigger room so that I could have more space to move around. The breakfast area is beautiful and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect because you are within walking distance of everything.
