Staff were all attentive during check in and check out process. We arrived late in the evening for check in so appreciated the staff getting us checked in quickly so we could get some rest. All the bellhops were courteous about helping us with carring bags and took the time to explain room amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable. We checked out early the next morning and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we explored Puebla for a few hours at no extra cost.
The room itself was very pleasant, nice comfy beds and furniture to keep all your belongings. The location is also great—quite central. There’s a nice rooftop bar that nobody told us about, there are no signs anywhere, but we discovered it on our last evening when we looked for one on google.

Extremely nice room in a great location just a couple blocks from the center. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Helpful, professional staff. Parking lot is a block away.
