This hotel is stunningly beautiful and immaculately maintained. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly, caring and had the perfect combination of attention vs leaving you alone. I hope to return soon!
The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It had everything I needed!
The staff went above and beyond in welcoming me and providing any information I needed about the hotel or the beautiful city of Merida. All the front desk managers were great... very friendly and accomodating! Martin was a very gracious host and helped me every day with my Spanish. The room was clean and cool. Muchas gracias todos! Just two blocks to Paseo de Montejo. If I return to Merida I would absolutely stay at the Hotel Holly again.
The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They were able to provide me with a more comfortable room than the one I originally had with no fuss. The location is also within walking distance to most restaurants and bars.
It was clean, comfortable, quiet, two short blocks walking distance to fabulous Paseo Montejo and all its historic buildings, sights and great restaurants! Front desk man spoke good English and was friendly and helpful. Parking was decent
