The stay was great. Staff was great, especially Katya. On our first night there was rain and food delivery wasn’t working. Katya offered to go for some chinese food for us. It meant a lot to me and my daughter.
Room was clean, location great. We had a nice time in Cancun.
It is a good location, close to ADO station and route 1 and 2 if you want to go to hotel zone.

The location was ideal for me, about 7 minutes walk from the main bus station. The facilities were great. I had previously stayed there in the past, and for now, I would only use this hotel, especially for a night stop over.
