The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and rennovated. The pool was always clean and the whole property was overall just beautiful. Will definitely be booking a trip back soon!

The location is right in the beach and my room view of both sunset and sunrise was breath taking. The upper deck was a perfect location for sunrise and sunset yoga and meditation. The staff was extremely happy and helpful which was a lovely surprise coming from living in Playa Del Carmen . Wally and Walter who run the hotel and restaurant with fresh delicious food were on site were there to answer questions about El cuyo and the many questions I had a Mexico and the way of life there. The massage therapist on site most definitely has a magic touch as you leave her table floating for the rest of your day.

The service, the amenities and the place is beautiful. The staff is very welcoming you see the owner always there to ensure everything goes well. The rooms are comfortable and have a magnificent view. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

The staff when out of their way to make us feel like we were at home. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Everything! I wish we had stayed longer. This was my favorite place on our trip.
