Modest hotel with breakfast service. Daily room cleaning. Enjoyed hanging out by the pool in the evening.
The staff was outstanding. I do not know their names but everybody was smiling and it appear they enjoyed working there. I only had one complementary breakfast due to my early morning schedule. Today was my last day there and I had breakfast. It was very good.
Breakfast was good and entire staff excellent.
Location on very busy and noisy bar close by but we were so tired it didn’t bother us. We slept with no problem.
The hotel is old but clean and convenient to town.
For the money it was fine.
rooms comfortable, as advertised in pictures. excellent service, friendly staff! cute hotel cats! breakfast was wonderful and included with stay. right in the heart of the Mexican side of Cozumel. 5 minute walk from the more tourist focused areas. sad we only had one night here, everything was perfect. zero complaints
Breakfast is included in the price quoted on booking.com and was very tasty and substantial. Breakfast is serve in a very pleasant area close to the pool and under a palapa. This was the best thing about the hotel.
