Leo is a fabulous who knows everything going on in a city. Because of his advice we saw 2 local events and ate at great restaurants. . Parking easy, nice morning coffee included.

Leo and Augustín went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful & memorable trip! Leo was extremely helpful and was happy to share his knowledge of the city. He gave me a general overview of things to do in Mérida, places to see, and best restaurants. I was kept up-to-date each morning with the day's events. He even shared with me the perfect day-trip itinerary to a nearby town (Izamal)! The location of the hotel is great. You're just a short walk from the city center, as well as to some pretty amazing restaurants. The room itself was extremely clean and the AC worked great. My view of the park was an interesting touch, and you can sometimes see some dance practices and events. Noise was never an issue for me, and things are definitely quiet by 10pm. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! I would love to stay here again next time I visit the city!
