Breakfast was okay and the location was great for what we were attending that night.
The room had ample space with a balcony on the side, although it went unused because of the heat. For that, the AC was helpful. The breakfasts are very good with the omelette meal being my favorite. The location is a 10 minute walk from the center. The staff is very capable and helps you any way they can
The staff were beyond exceptional , very friendly and accommodating.
It really felt like we were staying with friends or family . Super nice staff and the towel art we had on our beds always brought a huge smile to our faces !
Everything was really good. We stayed onky one night, so I cant say much. But we did really enjoy even the breakfast.
Very reasonable price. Free breakfast. Great location in Merida. Wonderful pool. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. We loved it and hope to go back
