The location, food, staff and bed! Also it was my birthday and they put up some decorations that was super thoughtful.

We LOVED the beach club area. It was the prettiest one around. It's next to casa Tortuga's and their beach was crowded and small, definitely not as pretty. There were plenty of beach beds that were comfortable and well maintained.

The property is gorgeous and well kept. Located right on the beach with a good assortment of lounge chairs and villas.

Honestly this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. First and foremost, the amazing and friendly staff has to be pointed out. But secondly, the location, the beach, the room, the facilities... Everything is just perfect. It literally feels like living in a movie scene. From comfortable sun beds to a bonfire at the beach during sunset, this hotel has it all. Even though we love trying out new restaurants, we only ate in the hotel restaurant the entire stay because it was that good. Peak time is in the morning, when beach club visitors are not yet there and the beach is empty. We will surely come back and have recommended this place to every other Mexico traveller we met so far!
