Comfortable, quiet room, comfortable bed, great aircon. Great pool and great shared kitchen. Off street parking (at least for two vehicles). Friendly, helpful staff. A good value when staying in Merida.

There was no real breakfast provided but you can cook. There is a kitchen. The Staff was fantastic and very helpful and understanding. I will HIGHLY recommend staying there to try it out. OXXO 2 blocks away and money exchange not far away by Uber. Keep in mind it is close to the city.

Exceptionally clean. Friendly Hostel environment with shared kitchen and dining room. Owners were very pleasant, helpful and responsive. Private, walled garden and dipping pool were beautifully appointed and lovely to use. Zoo, park and hospitals close by. Lots of interesting events happened in the park during our stay - music, ethnic market (temporary visit), Dinosaur exhibit (also temporary)! Some local stores - food, stationary, computer and print services pharmacy all within easy walking distance. Easy access to public transport for more distant destinations like more central shopping and markets if you know what you are looking for (ask the owners).. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hosts and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was quiet most of the day - some dogs barking at dusk but not particularly disturbing. Great interaction with other Hostal guests. Pool and garden were beautiful. At night the temperature dropped to a very pleasant degree. By morning the air was pleasantly cool with a great breeze. Did morning yoga on the deck to the rising sun. Lovely!
