Great location right in the lovely Condesa/Roma neighborhood with easy access to get around the city. The hotel itself is just fabulous, very comfortable and spacious room with a nice look and style. The staff were all very nice and accommodating to our needs. I can't believe we got such a nice hotel for such a low price!

The room we stayed in was really clean and comfortable, and although the hotel was fully booked, it was never loud.
The people in the reception were always very nice and helpful.
They were also very responsive when I left something behind, so I really appreciate that.
The staff were amazing and very helpful when it came to giving me recommendations on things to do and tours to book.
