The rooms are basic and super clean. Beautiful pool. Great value for the price.
Excellent & very kind staff. The pool and grounds are lovely. My stay was very long waiting to close on a real estate transaction so I upgraded to the junior suite where there’s a refrigerator, etc. Very happy.
It was nice and clean. They have AC which made my room feel amazing. They have a clean pool and it was very fun to swim in. They also have a restaurant and the food was amazing. Customer service is amazing too, there’s always someone in the front desk ready to help answer any questions or concerns.
Location, Good value for the money, staff professional friendly spoke English, full was really fun grounds are pleasant we like the temple in the lily pond very much, rooms were small but had everything we needed
The room was nice and cozy. The hotel has a private parking which was useful. The shower had hot water and a good pressure. Also Oxkutzab is a nice little town perfect to stay by the ruta puuc (which we enjoy a lot). We did a road trip and it was one of the nicest hotel we slept in for this price!
