This place has unique Cholula-style charm. It’s well located, just a short walk to both the city center and the pyramids, and also offers parking.
The rooms were a good size and very clean.
The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than usual.
The on-site restaurant has a varied menu, and the team was happy to prepare custom dishes not on the list.
I appreciated the location, cleaning, facilities and privacy. The decoration is simple and includes all necessary furniture. The personnel is professional and friendly. The bedroom was big including a walking closet.
Very well located hotel, area feels safe and is a very big property. They have good food for breakfast and lunch.
Unfortunately the staff at the reception were not the most friendly ones and our room phone was not working so we had to constantly walk there if we wanted something.
The perfect location first of all. I adore the patio area with lemon trees and birds singing. The room was big and clean, a small balcony brings an additional charm to it.
People at reception were very nice, check in was quick and easy. Rooms are big and have a large bathroom. Location is excellent.
