Excelente atención por parte de recepción. Amables y todo muy bien.
Excelente trato, personal muy amable y atento. Atendieron nuestras peticiones sobre check-in muy tarde y acceso a nuestra mascota. En nuestro caso, que íbamos de paso, la ubicación está muy bien porque pudimos retomar nuestro viaje en forma rápida. Habitaciones limpias y muy espaciosas. Buena iluminación. Buen servicio de internet. Sin dudarlo, sería una opción cuando tengamos que pernoctar en Puebla
PERSONAL MUY ATENTO, AGRADABLE, LA HABITACIÓN LIMPIA. PERO LA PUERTA DE LA HABITACIÓN NO ESTABA MUY SEGURA, SÓLO SE ASEGURABA CON EL BOTON DEL POMO DE LA CERRADURA. TODO ESTUVO MUY BIEN!!!
Es un hotel al que voy siempre que me quedo en Puebla porque esta cerca de la CAPU y cerca de todos los sevicios, Oxxo, restaurantes, transporte etc., es accesible al costo y tiene restaurante en que se desayuna muy bien
La cercanía al Centro de Puebla y a la Central Camionera. El Precio y la comodidad.
