Location, breakfast buffet, staff, good water pressure and comfortable beds. Beautiful lobby and common spaces.
Loved the Bar with the blue velvet comfy chairs. Dinner was very good with lots of choices. The location was ideal in the middle of town....this is a great old hotel with lots of character and charm.

Tlaxcala is a beautiful colonial city, full of history and historic monuments. The hotel is right in the middle of it.
Great location, excellent breakfast buffet- just don't arrive too early. Good restauarant upstairs with great staff. Beds comfortable, hot water, and ok wifi.
The common areas of this hotel are absolutely beautiful (rooms fine, just nothing special). Location is excellent on the main square. The breakfast buffet has many choices and runs to 12p daily. Rooms are quiet.
