Clean room, quiet street, hot water, air conditioning.
The staff and owner/manager handled the situation I made for this trip. After 23 days traveling places in Mexico, I made a mistake on the reservation. I contacted Booking.com and Oliver from the hotel handled and helped me resolved the situation. I really appreciated!
Staff was super accommodating with my late arrival/late checkout. They also arranged a taxi for me to mazunte. Super nice and helpful all round.
The staff is super friendly and helpul. The hotel is brand new, very clean and comfortable. Just 10 min walk from Zicatela restaurants.
