I liked everything. Only issue was dinner. Some nights some restaurants were closed which made finding one that could accommodate you difficult. Some seemed short staffed.
The landscaping and water features, the location, the food and the service. All wonderful!
Alfredo, Jorge and Manuel at the front desk were exceptional. Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and maintained. The property was neat, lots of wildlife! The pool, beach and bars were great. We took advantage of the spa where we had wonderful massages. I think they had the best food options of any all inclusive we’ve been to. Overall we had a great experience.
I liked the entry foyer, our room was decent it was a “remodeled” room. I liked the wildlife around the resort. The massage was really nice. Frank was really friendly, Maria gave the presentation, she was friendly as well.
We loved the pool, beach with lots of seating and umbrellas, the staff was always friendly . The pool bar was one of our favorite spots. we loved the jungle paths with all of the wildlife, very well maintained . The fire show on the beach was amazing! The buffet was always very good, we tried 4 of the restaurants, the Japanese was our favorite.
