There is almost nothing to complain about this place. Everything is better than expected. All staff is super warm and friendly, like they legitimately care for you.
Facilities are great. Food is great, drinks are great. All.
We noticed the property/ rooms needed some TLC. Bathroom fan not working/ plug in bathtub not working. Cupboard where the safety box was would not stay closed. Twice we went to the steak house restaurant for short ribs and they didn’t have any. Should take reservations for that restaurant
The beach area was nice, great sunset view. The restaurants and food quality was very good and there were nice entertainment activities. The pool area and the bars are quite nice.
Overall the personnel is very friendly. The entertainment staff was always full of energy and making sure everyone is having a great time. Top service from the waiters and bartenders.
