super comfy beds, very clean and beautiful restroom. The room space was just great. Very friendly staff who assited to our needs. We stayed as a very large group and highly recommend this hotel. If we travel to this city next year, this is a must.
When I was upgraded to a junior suite I loved the size of the room.
The entire staff was up to the five star standards The room was clean. I did not use the dining room but breakfast always smelled good. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel
very convenient location, just in front of the Poliforum, facilities in top conditions, helpful and service-oriented personnel, free parking for guests and very good breakfast.
THE LOCATION WAS GOOD, I WAS ASSIGNED A ROOM THAT DID NOT HAD THE AIR CONDITION WORKING , BUT THEY ASSIGNED ANOTHER ROOM THAT DID HAD AIR CONDITIONING AS SOON AS I REPORTED. THE BEDS WERE OF NORMAL AND CLEAN EVERY DAY. THE PERSONS AT THE COUNTER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
I WOULD HIGHLY CONSIDER GOING BACK.
