Персонал отличный. В 10 утра нам смогли организовать комнату в первый день.
Fantastic location and the room was very spacious. There is a Metro stop just in front of the hotel, yet the room was very quiet. The San Angel and Coyoacán areas were an easy walking distance.
Also, really lovely and helpful staff.
Very spacious air conditioned suite with comfortable bed and excellent views (we were in a corner suite on high floor). Very nice rainfall shower. The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved an issue we we arrived, concerning inaccurate room description in our booking information, by changing our room to a one that fitted the description better. The hotel is very well located with easy walking access to San Angel and Coyoacan (our favourite neighbourhoods in CDMX!). Highly recommended and would stay here again.
Very nice hotel. The staff are really attentive and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was big and beautiful. We had the master suite on floor 11. I recommend it
Outstanding and nothing bad about it.
Everything from check-in until check-out was perfect. The room size was perfect and comfy, the washroom was the best, and the kitchenette made it even better.
I stayed for holidays with my family, but I would go back anytime even for work, wifi worked extremely well.
I would recommend anyone to stay at the Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes.
