The property was well maintained and had security pad lock to access the rooms. Felt very safe and comfortable. Pedro the host was very responsive and helpful with not only the stay but directions to catch the Colectivo to Puerto Morelos which was my next destination. This room is air conditioned has a tv and practical for the solo or couple to have an affordable stay. Easy to get to the popular 5th/10th avenue and other areas of Playa Del Carmen. Pedro introduced himself the next morning and showed me the kitchen area as well as let me know how to use the kitchen for cooking. He was very communicative and helpful the whole time.
