Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- Electricity fee: MXN 5 per night for use over 100 kWh.
- Consumption-based electricity fee applies to stays of more than 7 nights.
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
The listed mandatory electricity consumption fee only applies to guests who stay 7-nights or longer for each kWh used past 100 kWh.- Housekeeping fee: MXN 250 per stay
