The communication with the front desk is very efficient. Jackie went above and beyond for me as there was a mix up in dates and she fixed the issue immediately and without question. She was wonderful !
The location is off 5th which is great because it's removed a bit from the the hustle and bustle .
I was there for a quick overnight as I was up early the next day for the airport but the room was spacious , clean and a comfy bed.
Beautiful rooms & convenient check-in & out. Location was great, especially if you have an early dive like we did.

I have stayed in different hotels/airbnbs in Playa del Carmen and this is definitely the best value for the amount you pay.
The room is big, has everything you need and is very clean.
Very centric to everything, despite they are very close to bars, they have a white noise machine in your room to make your stay comfortable. (Nice touch)
Love the smell in the room.. the scent they use is quite amazing and relaxing.
The staff was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, location made walking to many places very easy and everything was clean.
