This guest house is located a 10 minutes' drive from the beach and two blocks from downtown Tulum. Maison Tulum features an on-site restaurant and rooms with mini-bars and free Wi-Fi throughout. Guest rooms offer cable TV, seating areas and safety deposit boxes. They also provide hairdryers and ironing facilities. Maison Tulum has a café offering breakfast, as well as home-made bread, sandwiches and local dishes. There is also a terrace and garden. Guests are offered a business center and concierge service. Maison Tulum is a half mile from the Tulum Ruins and one mile from Hidden Worlds Cenotes Park. It is 11 miles from Xel-Ha Water Park.

The property is insanely beautiful, all built up by the fantastic owner. The area is safe and quiet and close to downtown
Also the breakfast was AMAZING
This place was extremely charming. Guillermo, the staff member who greeted us upon arrival, was friendly and kind and helpful. It was extremely conveniently located within easy walking distance of the local ADO bus station, which made things much easier for us. AC worked well, mini fridge in the room was helpful. Very beautiful plants, friendly cats, good location. Very clean and felt very safe.
There was no other property that Chad the same feel as maison Tulum. If you are a bit eccentric, would like a beautiful place to stay with a homey “bed and breakfast” kind of stay, I would 100% reccommend this stay! Our host seemed to always be there, which was super convenient, the air condition ain’t works well, but we stayed in April and the room was breezy enough not to need it. It was a lovely kept secret. The location was great! There was a restaurant attached, and several corner stores 1-2 small blocks away. It was close to several different walking areas for nightlife and restaurant people watching. And it was lively at night, but still quiet in the rooms even with the windows open.
Overall, the look of the place was well curated and kitschy which is what attracted us. And we were not disappointed!
The air conditioning works well, the bed was comfortable, the location is very central, close to everything, and the environment with lots of plants was very pleasant. Guillermo is a great guy.
Great little hideaway from the main strip. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was excellent. Just a couple of blocks from all the restaurants, bars and shops in Tulum.
Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
