It is in the perfect location as it is right next to the boardwalk, we were able to have dinner, breakfast and lunch nearby. Everything is just so close. The rooms are wide and have air con which was perfect for us. The host is a really nice guy, I definitely recommend this place.
The market is nearby and the food there is cheaper than in restaurants and is very tasty. We managed to go for walks around during the day and night, for those who prefer american food, there is a burger king close by..
We loved the pools and comfort of our apartment. We loved the feeling of safety and excellent location.
Our apartment (2T1) was newly renovated, well equipped and spacious. It also had a nice balcony. I would definitely choose this again! But we understood that not all apartments in the building ware as good as this. There are two sun roofs for the guests in the building, with a small pool each. The larger one has a fantastic view of the sea, as it is next to the malaecon (beach walk).
Location on the Malecon can't be beat. We walked to everything. Los Muertos beach is a little far from the location, not what they said.. The administration staff took good care of us when we asked for anything but dont expect to get hotel service, they dont clean your rooms everyday.
