Staff and Service was great, Spa was fantastic. We had a penthouse and it was very spacious and comfortable, clean and looked as though it may have been renovated in the last 7 to 10 years which is positive. I our room we thought the little things like dish soap, paper towel and certain necessities should have been in the room. Great having the pool on the top deck but looking out of the glass that looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks was a real turn off especially with so much bird droppings. Washing machine was missing a leg so it made a banging noise when spinning. My wife is far from a wine snob and ordered 2 different glasses of white wine and either one she liked and they had a third which we had to purchase for $62 usd knowing the bottle is typically only about $8 and she did not like it either and they would not let her taste it before opening it and she was stuck with it after it was opened. We also stayed at another place down the road and we bought a bottle of Kim Crawford for the same price and it was much better than what Marival served. Minor complaints but to get better you need to know the negative.
