Very clean. Fantastic and super helpful host, Lory! Perfectly central: 20min walk to playa El Nino beach and street / 30ish min to downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are lots of cafes, convenience stores, pharmacies and shops close by which are not shown on Google maps within walking distance. Comfortable and clean bed.

Great location if you want to visit the city, walk around, or take the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It's a gated community with security, so it felt very safe, and there was a great coffee shop right outside the gate, and a place right next to it with AWESOME ceviche, you MUST try it, 10/10 would recommend. Lory was such a gem, such a warm welcome and she was always making sure we had everything we needed, and she had very good recommendations on places to go at night and restaurants, and she was spot on every time! Definitely one of the main reasons to come back is to have Lory again :)
