Superb staff and professional as well as considerate
The front desk and concierge were both attentive and helpful. The location a few blocks from Parque Mexico and next to a Sanborns was convenient. It was a very convenient base for exploring all that is in Mexico City. The restoration of this mid-century landmark was on point, and the rooms (and beds) were very comfortable and nicely furnished. The roof top lounge at the neighboring hotel Andaz had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a number of delicious options.
Location of hotel in Condesa/Roma is awesome. Close to lots of coffee shops , eateries, and parks.
Staff was just awesome. From checking in/out, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff. All polite and very attentive.
Doors were very loud, heard everyones door open and close on our side of the elevators
