This was a great property and a great price. The location was good: 15 min walk to the beach and a bit further to downtown Cancun. Go the other direction through some condo developments and a mall and you can get to the beach. That’s about a 45 min walk. The apt is a townhouse that is spacious and comfortable. This is not a resort- but for the price I was not expecting a luxury property. Andrea the owner, lives next door. She is available for anything you need. Wifi was good, but kept dropping- but always reconnected quickly- that’s Mexico I think! Air conditioning in the bedroom was a bonus.

Nice and big apartment in two floors. The location is very good, just few minutes to Cancun downtown, Well-equipped kitchen, Quiet and safe neighborhood, It is not a luxury accommodation, of course, but ideal for a short stay. We had everything we needed.

We stayed just for one night, but it was a nice stay. The appartment is quite big and the bed is comfy. Also we're happy to have a functioning aircon! The host was really sweet and understanding (we arrived quite late in the evening).

It’s a spacious flat with a dormitory, private bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. The property has a cozy atmosphere. We appreciated its location close to the ADO station, the availability of drinkable water, large, comfortable bed and easy communication with the host.
