Great location close to the Malecón in a secure/safe area.

We were a walking distance from El malecon, and from the cathedral. We were able to walk to nice restaurants. Our host Rafael is amazing! If there is something you need, either personally or in the apartment, he is willing to help you right away. The apartment is clean, and if you need more cleaning, just tell Rafael. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is nice. We didn't use the kitchen very often, but having a refrigerator is handy.

I recommend staying here, just a 3-minute walk from the ocean in the center of La Paz. This place and the exceptional customer service were beyond my expectations. It's newly renovated, clean and comfortable with a nice common area.

All the essentials were there. Central location. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Great internet connection. Laundromat for use by guests. Nice courtyard. Great host. Was available via WhatsApp the whole time at a minute’s notice. Shared a lot of recommendations for activities and food and made me feel welcome. There’s a cleaning lady on duty during the morning.

It’s very well taken care of, smelled great, had everything needed, private, very spacious and the host was amazing.
