Tranquil serene spot in a great location in the city. Great selection of restaurants and services within waking distance. Walkable too to many of the sites around town.

Love the composting toilets and the focus on local and sustainable practices! Also very beautiful and clean. A special place! Stayed in a single unit.
The staff was amazing, and the place was immaculate—including the shared kitchen. I was working during my stay and had lots of video calls; the best Wi-Fi signal was near the kitchen, but the terrace worked well enough for video calls too. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the eco-friendly vibe, especially given the water shortage in Oaxaca.
The location was perfect for me—close to cafes, restaurants, galleries, and more. I also enjoyed practicing yoga and meditating on the terrace, and spending quiet evenings in the hammock. They host events like tamal tastings, language exchanges, and more, which added a great community feel to the stay.
This is a simple but beautiful hotel, run by a group of lovely people who were beyond accommodating in every way possible. Guests have access to a shared kitchen where you can prepare meals and have your coffee in the morning. Eco-conscious (dry toilets, recycling). A calm oasis in a perfect location in Oaxaca.
