The apartment was furnished well and comfortable with Tulum style boho chic decorations. It was clean with good wifi and working TV in the bedroom. Comfy bed! Shower got hot and had water pressure and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, smoothie blender, toaster, microwave, etc. The apartment complex felt safe with a security guard at the reception desk on site and there is many restaurants and cafes a very short walking distance from it (a lovely walk that has a lot of trees). There is also a nearby free cenote that was walking distance away that was very pretty! The property owner was very friendly and responsive to answering our messages, morning or night.
