The hotel and the beach are beautiful, the staff was very friendly and caring. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room and helped with everything we needed. Love it and I recommend to stay there.

The location was just perfect - right by the beach. Playa Esperanza Hotel has the most beautiful part of the Playa Paraiso & its indeed a paradise! It’s so amazing it almost feels unreal. The staff was amazing too - everyone was so incredibly friendly, helpful & kind - especially Daniel who was very attentive & catered to every need we had.
