Super centric, optimal location, staff is super super friendly, room is ok
Super clean, spacious and well decorated rooms in a very central location with a view of the town. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Service was great. everyone was very attentive to what my grandma needed. About an 8 minute walk to the center
Great location - a short hike to either the bus station or the centre. Run by friendly folks. Complimentary coffee and they also did my laundry.
The hotel is located just 5 min walk from the bus station (we travelled by bus). It very clean facility and the property is taken care of. Everything was super clean and there was daily housekeeping. The water pressure was great, and no problems with hot water. The room was tastefully decorated (we had 2 double beds). The owner's house is adjacent to the hotel wing. The family owns a pet guinea pig named Churro - my kids went crazy about this adorable little guy!!! So everyday the lady brought him out by the kitchen and let my kids play and pet it. Cuteness overload!
The room was cool and quiet (especially, during the night).
We also bought tours right from the hotel (their prices are very compatible with the rest of the tour operators). Everything was great and nothing to complain about. My kids enjoyed the nature (around Quetzalan - caves/waterfalls/pyramids) and the little Churro. )))
It's a shame that this town is virtually unknown to American tourists.
