First of all ,the staffs are friendly, special shout out to Julio, Fernanda ,Saul and another lady in the reception that I forgot the name. These people go way far and beyond to make your stay convenient. The housekeeping staff are amazing. the facility is clean. I like it very much that they have water dispenser in the lobby ,it would be better if they add additional one somewhere in the building or better if each floor has one ,We are on the 4th floor and we have to go all the way down in the lobby to refill our water bottles. Continental breakfast is nice but don't expect much from the tied up italian restaurant Lil'Italiano hahha that provided the breakfast, We asked for a replacement of another cup of coffee instead of orange juice as 1 small cup of coffee is not enough for us but they won't allow it. We have to pay extra if we want the coffee ,not much flexibility on that.haha

The location was perfect, customer service of the staff was exceptional, and the esthetics of the hotel was so unique and breath taking. Where they do the continental breakfast. The service is so great. You get 20% off if your order food. Shout out to Saul who always went above and beyond. We would go back and bring/buy a mattress topper.

The room was amazing very well decorated and spacious, private with terrace and hot tub . I loved it. Also the location was right at 5th avenue.
