This is good accommodation in Cuetzalan. The building itself is huge, flowing down the hillside in layer after layer. We were at the bottom, which was fine but wouldn't be great for anyone with an issue with stairs. The room was spacious though rather barely furnished (bedside tables and lights would be helpful). The location is also good, about a fifteen-minute walk downhill to the heart of town, and a bit of a steep slog back. The on-site restaurant does excellent breakfast packages for 100 pesos, and there are laundry services in-house as well. Staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. Internet connectivity is very good. Overall a fine deal.

100 pesos breakfast was good - Fruit, pastries, enchiladas and eggs. Free coffee all day. Great value for money.

Location is excellent. The view is amazing and it's very close to centro in a walking distance. The room is comfortable, there is hot water and the bed is great.

Great place to stay if you visit Cuetzalan. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Whenever I needed something, they would make sure it was provided. The rooms on the ground floor (205/206)have the best views. Very spacious and clean rooms. If you're looking for something peaceful and quiet, than I would recommend this place. All of Cuetzalan town was very safe to walk around.

At every minute the hosts were available for questions and support. We had a wonderful breakfast in our room and a beautiful view inside the center.
