Helpful/friendly staff, located in historical center, good wi-fi, easy check-in, quiet, affordable.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The people working there were super friendly and hospitable. It's in an excellent location in downtown Zacatecas, a 3 minute walk to the cathedral. Our room was large and comfortable, with a nice bed and new sheets and bedding. They provide drinking water, which is great - we don't want to fill the world with discarded plastic water bottles. They serve breakfast (which you pay for from a reasonably priced menu) and cafe de olla which is free. There's a rooftop terrace with a great view of the city, with cablecars to Cerro la Bufa going right over your head. It was great value, and as I've already mentioned, the staff are genuinely welcoming and helpful.

The location is excellent if you want to be in the downtown colonial area, price was good and friendly staff.

People were great, they made us feel like home, really helpful, near to all major places like the cathedral, laina del Eden, close to el Centro

The hotel room was large and very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to spend time and admire the views of the city and surroundings.
