I liked the safety above all, and the location. I liked Odra who met me at the door, gave me the keys and door code. She also answered any question on the chat. And was always on time.

We liked the location and the accommodation. Very central location and accommodation was suitable for 5 of us. We also like the fact that Odra was very helpful especially when we hired a mobility scooter which of course we could not bring to the unit. She very kindly organized parking for the mobility scooter. It was good that she could speak English and we could understand one another. Odra helped us at checkout and even made sure that our transport would come and pick us up. It was also great to have met the owner of the property who asked us for feedback personally.

Everything!!!! My family has a wonderful time. We enjoyed all the amenities. The outside garden is a great place for family card games and conversation. Location is perfect. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Checkin and checkout was seamless.

All was great in facilities and staff communications except a plumbing/water issue.

The Location and price were the best. Having 3 bedrooms and kitchen was perfect for my family of 5. Having a washer/dryer in unit was very convenient.
