Jorge and Amarillis were wonderful hosts. The property is in a small townhouse is a gated residential community. The apartment is upstairs, the hosts live in an apartment downstairs and were available at all times. Amarillis came up to help me get the TV set up for English channels. Jorge will arrange to pick you up at the airport and back for a reasonable cost. The apartment was nicely laid out and roomy. I had a lovely terrace where I enjoyed my morning coffee and in the evening with my laptop. The area was very safe and I felt comfortable walking all over by myself, even after dark.
The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive. A perfect stay quite near the airport after a late arrival. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities and a comfy bed.

My host Amaryllis was fantastic! She made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. If I needed more toilet rolls, she was available downstairs. The apartment was a great size for a long-term stay. There was everything you needed to cook your own meals. There is a flat-screen TV so you can cast your Netflix shows. The best thing is the balcony where you can eat your meals and enjoy the sound of nature. The apartment has two AC which is needed when you are in Cancun during the summer! The shower is amazing too!
As the reviewers said, it was a really safe location and the room was spacious and very comfortable!
The hosts Amarilis and Jorge are very kind and helpful! If the room is ready, they will accept early check-in, and they will keep your luggage after check-out as well.
There are not many shops nearby, so it is convenient to have a car, but buses come frequently.
