Cotton sheets, very comfortable bed and feather pillows... good pressure, hot water shower. These 3 things can be challenging to find in other properties in Mexico. Kind staff.
the cleanliness of the room everyday, the location was great close to various restaurants and super markets, pharmacy all with in walking distance. The staff, from the front desk all the way to the house keeping and gardner all very friendly. They made you feel at home.
Absolutely everything. Very clean. Well kept. Great location. Amenities well appointed. Spanish lessons and having access to washer and dryer was a bonus. Jorge and his staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and trustworthy.
We rented the casita in the courtyard of building 3. It looked out on the courtyard, and pool. The staff was amazing and very helpful, it was great having access to bikes and beach chairs and umbrella. A wonderful stay
Jorge was wonderful. He upgraded our suite to accommodate our need for a private balcony. The staff were very helpful. The location was ideal.
