The place was a little hasrd to find, very clean and comfortable. Nore is an excellent host. We arrived very early in the morning, and they let us in without extra charge. We stayed just one night, less than 24 hours but enough to wanted to come back and stay longer. I hope they will have a small fridge next time. Thank you Nore for the excellent service.
Daniel and team have worked hard to recover the hotel from the hurricane and what a great job they have done. Loved our stay here, especially the pool right outside our room, all beautifully clean. Helpful staff
Close to the airport.
During my stay Hurricane OTIS hit Acapulco and damaged the entire city. Despite that, the hosts showed exceptional hospitality, cooperation and solidarity with the guests. Also, the spirit of solidarity and brotherhood during those difficult days became a remarkable positive experience for all of us. I deeply thank Daniel and Nora for their kindness, hospitality and cooperation during my stay; I wish RESIDENCIAL GRAN PALMA a quick recovery and long-term sucess.

Por comodidad de los niños nos brindaron una habitación frente a la piscina qué facilitará el acceso aun que consideraron una aportación adicional consideramos fue mínima. La habitación muy cómoda, el descanso perfecto aislado del medio externo. Aun muy cerca del aeropuerto no incomoda el descanso. La atención por parte del personal oportuna
Llegué de noche y me costó un poco de trabajo encontrar el lugar, ya que no hay letrero en la calle pero marqué al número e inmediatamente me ayudaron a entrar.
