Very New one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, utensils, plates , big refrigerator and towels! you get an excellent ground floor pool and an excellent roof top pool! However keep in mind rent a car in Tulum other wise taxis charge: 500-600 pesos (25-30$ usd) one way for a ride to beach! and its a 35 minute walk to the downtown area so also keep that in mind. But the building is great just keep in mind the other factors!

~ The deluxe apartment was definitely worth the extra money. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous for the price and the private rooftop pool very nice. ~ I loved the view from the master bedroom - so much greenery I thought I was back in a jungle lodge. Just beautiful. I REALLY hope it doesn't all get cut down as development continues, that would ruin some of the appeal of the apartment. ~ Good amenities - wireless charger in the room, smart TV with Netflix, I think I saw a Bluetooth speaker by the pool. ~ The property manager was great about fixing up a mistake I made when booking.

The building is brand new and has everything you need. There's a gym, a pool downstairs and another one up on the roof. The apartment is very nice, has it's own WiFi, smart TV, kitchen, two a/c-s. The bed is super large and comfortable. We loved the place so much that we ended up staying for longer than planned :)
