It was very close to the tourist area so walking was easy, but it was far enough away that the surrounding shops and food posts did not charge as much as they do in the tourist areas.
Very quick check-in, especially since we came in around midnight. Personal is also very accommodating.

There was no breakfast. There is a restaurant to the north of the driveway, but I didn’t eat there. Cafe Alex is about a 10 minute walk. Any direction you go: there was a great place to eat. A 15 minute walk to the Zocalo and a 10 minute walk to the Mercado 20 de Noviembre. The balcony was nice. Room 201 had excellent WiFi. Big shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water.
